Portrait sessions (couples, families, and birthday & milestone sessions) and event coverage (bridal showers, engagement parties, birthdays, weddings & celebrations) for photography and content creation are released seasonally, with my calendar opening a few months before each season begins.

If your desired month isn’t available yet, it likely hasn’t opened. Feel free to reach out and I’m happy to share when booking begins. While I book sessions by season, I’m always happy to hear about upcoming events and can keep your date on my radar if it aligns with my availability.

*I am currently booking wedding content creation (iPhone footage + curated reels). I am not booking wedding photography at this time.

Session Details

A signed contract and retainer are required to reserve your session date.
Session retainers are non-refundable, as they reserve your date on the calendar. Sessions may be rescheduled with advance notice, subject to availability.
Final galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks via a private online gallery.
Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. If weather conditions look unfavorable, we will plan a tentative rain date in advance and confirm if needed.
Location rental or photography permit fees (if required) are not included in session pricing. I’m happy to coordinate the permit application, but the fee itself is the responsibility of the client.
Travel within Westchester County and most of Long Island is included. Sessions in the Hamptons, Montauk, or other East End locations may require a travel fee.
Clients are welcome to share their images on social media. For the best representation of the images, please refrain from adding filters or edits. Tagging @amandahernandezphotography when sharing is always appreciated.
